We would love to be able to help you, however with these new laws rolling out our business has received an unprecedented amount of inspection requests and we have made the difficult decision to stop accepting new customers while we work through this backlog.  We are committed to providing a high level customer service and unfortunately with this volume we are unable to perform at the standard we set out for ourselves.  We are hopeful that in the next two months we will be able to offer our services to new customers again so if you haven’t been able to get service elsewhere please reach out to us then and we will do our best to help.

We can tell you that the Department of Health has indicated that a grace period will be put into play for landlords who are unable to get inspections before the October 1 deadline so we are not concerned about that timeline for the time being as it relates to the fines.  Hopefully that information puts your mind at ease a bit. You still need to register by October 1st with the link below.

I am going to attach our pre inspection checklist to this email.  This document goes over exactly what you need to do to get ready for a lead inspection so maybe you can spend the next few weeks getting your units ready for inspection and by the time you are ready for us we will be ready to take on more customers.
